Our 30-day money back guarantee

On top of your statutory right, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee. Unused items returned in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery can be returned for a full refund of the item price.

This guarantee is offered voluntarily and is more generous than the law requires. It does not reduce or replace your statutory rights.

Condition of returned items

To qualify under our 30-day guarantee, items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with any tags still attached.

Under your statutory right of withdrawal you may handle goods as you would in a shop. If handling goes beyond that and reduces their value, we may deduct that reduction from your refund.

Hygiene items

Sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene may be excluded once unsealed.

How to start a return

1. Email us with your order number and the items you wish to return.
2. We will confirm the return address and instructions.
3. Pack the items securely, ideally in their original packaging.
4. Send the parcel back using a tracked service and keep your proof of postage.

Please do not send anything back before contacting us.

Return shipping costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning your order, as Verdelisse Home cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us and has been checked, we issue the refund to your original payment method. How quickly it appears then depends on your bank or card issuer, typically within a few business days.

We will email you when the refund has been issued.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under consumer law, and we cover return postage in these cases.

Exchanges

The quickest route is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the size or finish you want, so you are not waiting on the return to clear.
